No. Streakly grants Shopify's native store credit directly. There's no separate points balance to manage or migrate, and customers can spend it at checkout right away.
Nothing is granted by default. Rewards start only after you review and save your setup in the admin, and claims are strictly limited to once per period (daily, weekly, or monthly). You can even set the amount to $0 and grant only the streak bonus — or nothing at all.
Store credit already granted remains in Shopify, so your customers keep it. App-specific data (claim history and settings) is deleted in line with Shopify's data policies.
No. We never read or store names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses. Streakly only handles the Shopify customer ID and claim records needed to enforce limits and show streaks.
