These Terms govern your use of Streakly: Daily Login Rewards (“Streakly”), a Shopify app published by effective Inc. (株式会社effective) ("we", "us", "the app"). By installing or using Streakly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Streakly lets Shopify merchants reward customer check-ins with Shopify store credit, with daily, weekly, and monthly check-in modes, streak bonuses, and an optional storefront banner. The functionality is described in its Shopify App Store listing and within the app. Plans and pricing are listed in Section 2.
2. Plans & billing
- Billing is handled by Shopify's billing system and charged through your Shopify invoice. Charges recur monthly or annually (depending on your selected plan) until cancelled.
- A 14-day free trial is included; billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you uninstall.
- You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. Shopify's refund and proration policies apply.

3. Rewards & merchant responsibility
You configure the reward amount and check-in rules. Store credit granted through Streakly is issued by your store and is your promotional cost. Streakly grants nothing until you complete and save the initial setup, and enforces per-period claim limits, but you are responsible for reviewing your settings and the resulting cost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the cost of rewards granted in accordance with your configuration.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that violates Shopify's policies or applicable law.
5. Data
Your use of Streakly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the store data the app accesses.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but provide the app "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Streakly in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the agreed court of first instance over any dispute arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
