Quick start
- Install Streakly from the Shopify App Store.
- Open the Streakly admin, set the reward amount and check-in interval (daily / weekly / monthly), and save. Nothing is granted until you save your setup.
- Add the bonus page to your customer account menu (Shopify admin → Settings → Customer accounts → customize the menu → add the Streakly bonus page) so customers can find it.
- (Recommended) Turn ON the Streakly banner app embed in your theme (Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds) to guide customers to their reward.
FAQ
Why aren't my customers receiving store credit? Check that (1) you have saved the initial setup in the admin — rewards are disabled until then, (2) rewards are enabled, and (3) the customer hasn't already claimed in the current period. Claims are limited to once per day, week slot, or monthly count depending on your mode.
How do the check-in modes work? Daily: one claim per day, with streak bonuses for consecutive days. Weekly: up to n claims per week, with a bonus on the n-th. Monthly: up to n claims per month, with a bonus when the monthly goal is reached.
Can I run Streakly without giving away money? Yes. Set the reward amount to $0 to run count-only check-ins and grant only the streak/achievement bonus — or nothing at all.
Where do customers claim? On the Streakly bonus page in their customer account. The storefront banner links there and automatically hides once the current reward has been claimed.
How is my data handled? See our Privacy Policy. We don't store your customers' names, emails, IP addresses, or cookies — only the customer ID and claim history.
How do I cancel? Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops per Shopify's billing policy, and store credit already granted stays with your customers.
