This Privacy Policy explains how Streakly: Daily Login Rewards (“Streakly”), a Shopify app published by effective Inc. (株式会社effective) (“we”, “us”, “the app”), collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use it on your Shopify store.
1. Who this applies to
Streakly is a tool for Shopify merchants. To operate the check-in reward feature, the app also processes a minimal record of your store’s customers’ claim activity. Streakly does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, or any other personal identifiers of your customers — only the Shopify customer ID.
2. What we collect
a. Store & account data (from the Shopify API, with your consent at install)
- Store domain and shop ID
- Store owner contact email (provided by Shopify)
- The resource data Streakly needs to function, via the Shopify scopes
read_customers,read_themes,write_store_credit_account_transactions
b. App-generated data
- Check-in (claim) records — the customer’s Shopify customer ID, the claim date, the reward amount granted, and the check-in mode. We do not store customer names, emails, IP addresses, cookies, or device identifiers.
- The reward settings you configure (amount, interval, streak bonus) and event logs needed to provide the app’s features.
3. How we use it
- Provide Streakly’s features as described in its Shopify App Store listing and in-app (granting store credit, enforcing claim limits, showing streaks and claim history)
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the app
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. Subprocessors
We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service:

5. Data location & retention
- Data is stored in the United States (AWS us-east-1).
- Claim records and settings are retained while the app is installed.
- On uninstall, your data is deleted in response to Shopify’s
app/uninstalledandshop/redactwebhooks (the latter typically within 48 hours, per Shopify policy).
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA) & Shopify mandatory webhooks
Streakly implements Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks:
customers/data_request— respond to a shopper data requestcustomers/redact— delete shopper data on requestshop/redact— delete all store data after uninstall
The only customer-level data Streakly holds is the claim history (customer ID, dates, amounts); customers/data_request returns exactly that, and customers/redact deletes it. To exercise any right or request deletion, contact us (Section 8).
7. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in a managed database with access restricted to the application. We follow least-privilege access and Streakly requests only the Shopify scopes it needs.
